Ludmila Kubíčková was born on 12 August 1991 in Pelhřimov. She began learning to play the French horn at the Conservatory in České Budějovice in the class of Jaromír Čížek. In 2003, she began studies at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in the class of prof. Jindřich Petráš. Her greatest achievements include the 1st place at the International Interpretative Competition for Wind Instruments in Brno in 2017, 1st and 3rd place at the International Competition in Brno, 1st place at the Competition Conservatory
in Teplice, as well as 2nd place at the Competition Conservatory in Ostrava.
She has cooperated, among others, with the National Theatre in Brno, Symphony Orchestra in Hodonín and South Bohemian Theatre in České Budějovice. She is currently the second French horn player of the Slovak Philharmonic. As a French horn player, she also completed international trainings in playing the French horn in Prague.
