Kamil Szulc studied in the class of prof. Krzysztof Kamiński and dr Dorota Cegielska. He is a graduate of Stanisław Moniuszko Music School Complex
in Łódź. He has been a prize winner of many competitions: 2nd place at the
17th International Chamber Music Competition Jawor 2015 (together with the harpist Juliusz Wesołowski), 2nd place at the 6th International Competition for Duets with Harp in Cieszyn 2015, 1st distinction at the 1st Rising Stars Grand Prix 2016 International Music Competition Berlin, 2nd prize at the 7th D. Bida International Competition for Wind Instruments in Lviv in 2016 (solo), 1st place in the chamber ensemble group of the International Competition eMuse in 2018 (with sextet). He is a participant of many orchestra projects in Poland (he has cooperated e.g. with the philharmonics from Bydgoszcz, Łódź, Słupsk and Baltic Opera) and abroad, e.g. International Regions Orchestra (IRO) in 2016
in Weikersheim in Germany, as well as 22nd and 23rd Internationale Junge Orchesterakademie in Bayreuth in Germany, which were recorded for the Bavarian public radio BR-Klassik.
