Pas Sytske began to play the French horn at the age of 5. She was initially taught by Margeretha Stassen, a trumpet player. When she was 9, she began to learn under Krzysztof Szostak, a French horn player. In 2013, she won a place in the young talent programme of Barratt Due Institute of Music, where she was taught by professor Frøydis Ree Wekre.
Over the years, she has played a lot of concerts and taken part in many competitions in Norway. She also had her smaller debuts on stages in Sweden, England, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Lithuania. In 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017, she won the Youth Music Mastership in Norway in her class.
In 2016, she was awarded the Ånun Lund Rejs Minnefond title, whereas in 2017 she won the prestigious scholarship Drømmestipend. In the same year, she was a finalist of the DNB National Competition for Soloists, where she won the 3rd prize. Pas took part in the International Horn Competition NHG, as well as won the 17th Chieri International Competition in Italy.
She had the opportunity to participate in master classes run by the following renowned musicians: Maksim Semenov, Guilhaume Jehl, Rex Martin, Jesper Sørensen, Henning Kraggerud, Julius Pranevičius, Tine Ting Helseth, Cristoph Hartmann, André Cazalet and Radovan Vlatković. She was a participant of Sommerakademi Voksenåsen, Académie Musicale de Villecroze and Nordiska Ungdomsorkestern courses. As a soloist, she performed with Nordiska Ungdomsorkestern orchestra, as well as Kaunas Symphony Orchestra and Royal Norwegian Navy Band.
